Spinal Flow is a gentle and powerful technique that works directly with your nervous system. Instead of forcing change from the outside, it creates the internal conditions for your body to reorganize itself and release stress from within.
During a session, light touch is applied to specific access points along the sacrum and cranium. These points are known neurological segments where the brain and spinal cord constantly communicate with every organ, muscle, and system in the body.
Spinal Flow does not force. It does not manipulate. It invites. The technique simply shows the nervous system where it is stuck so the body can let go, reset, and return to balance.
That is why so many people experience relief not only from physical tension but also from anxiety, fatigue, overwhelm, sleep issues, and long held emotional patterns.
Your body is not broken. It just needs a gentle remember how to heal itself.
Your Practioners:
Yvonne
Through gentle touch Yvonne helps gently guide the sacred life force energy to rise and flow throughout the spine.
Supporting the release of blockages so that life force and cerebrospinal fluid can move freely.
Through her hands and heart she invites your body to soften, align, and remember its wholeness.

Sarah
Sarah is dedicated to helping individuals and families restore balance, wellness, and healing.
She offers a gentle yet intentional approach designed to regulate the nervous system and support the body’s natural ability to heal.
Sarah tailors each session to the needs of her clients, addressing both physical and energetic imbalances. Her work is rooted in compassion, intuition, and supporting the bodies own wisdom in healing, creating a safe space for clients to release tension, rebalance, and reconnect with their well-being.

The Practice of Yin yoga is all about stillness and settling into that space. Postures are held for longer periods to invite release, surrender, and finding softness
A healing practice that invites softness within your body and mind, open to all levels of practitioner. Postures are held for longer durations so we can move past the limitations of our musculature and gain access to our connective tissues.
Yoga Nidra has been translated as a "Psychic sleep". As if you are floating on a cloud, practitioners are taken to a place that lies between wakefulness and sleep. Practitioners move their minds from beta to alpha to theta to a place of full potency. Here you can explore hidden layers of the mind as you practice sensory withdrawal or pratyahara.
In this practice we journey through Yin postures for the first portion of the class. Then delve into the Yoga Nidra guided meditation.
The practice ends on a Soothing Sound bath with crystal singing bowls.
During the class Kristy will apply gentle massage adjustments and reiki to the attendees.

Intentional Movement for Balance, Strength, and Relaxation
Even though I can’t control the circumstances of my life I can control how often I move my body, connect to my breath and with others. As I grow into this new part of my life (the old part - lol), I can influence how I will move through this next chapter.
What is Asana Yoga? In yoga, asana refers to the physical postures or poses.
This class focuses on deliberate movement aimed at cultivating balance, strength, and relaxation.
We encourage the use of modifications and props to ensure accessibility for everyone, regardless of skill level. The integration of sound elements enhances your experience, helping you feel grounded and deeply in tune with your body.
Join us for 60 minutes of joyful movement and mobility exploration. We will guide participants through a variety of postures and movement flows, including seated, standing, and lying down positions. All ages and abilities are welcome, as we create an inclusive community where everyone can feel at ease in their movement journey.

Who is Gerri?
Gerri completed a 200 hour yoga teacher certification with Sam Wilkie from Wilkie Wellness in 2022 and has practiced yoga personally for 25 years. Gerri’s uses the Yamas & Niyamas as a guide for teaching in the asana space. She achieved Yoga Kids certification in 2015. Gerri has twenty eight years of elementary teaching experience with ten of those working as a Physical Education/Wellness specialist teacher. The practice of yoga & meditation has made a significant impact on her life and loves to explore yoga philosophy with others. She welcomes students to take information that resonates and pass on what doesn’t. She is excited to bring the benefits of yoga to young people through play!
Gerri has studied Reiki and Karuna Ki at the Masters level with Dr. Aline Wilkie from Wilkie Wellness. She is on a sound healing journey and has been supported by Sundance Robson, Karen Marie and Hari Dev. Gerri is curious about the effects of energy work and sound healing on the subtle bodies.

This classic Kundalini yoga class with a modern twist consists of a warm up series, a full Kundalini Kriya, and a mantra meditation.
Danika Wright is a 500 RYT offering Evolving Kundalini—a heart-led, grounded approach to traditional Kundalini Yoga. Her classes weave together breath, movement, mantra, and meditation to guide students into deeper alignment with their bodies, their energy, and their truth.
Danika’s love for this practice was born from her own healing journey. Kundalini Yoga transformed her life from the inside out, and it became her soul’s calling to share it with others. As one of the few teachers bringing this sacred practice into studio spaces, she feels a deep responsibility to make it accessible and welcoming to all.
With a teaching style that’s both empowering and down-to-earth, Danika creates space for students to explore their own energy and potential. Each class invites participants to connect inward, expand their awareness, and align with the subtle shifts that unfold in both body and mind—what some might call connecting to the quantum field within.

Gerri and Tara are back to build on what was created from their previous collaboration.
Some new ideas have surfaced and a couple new instruments too!
Join us for a sound meditation where instruments and voice are layered with deep intention to create an experience of restorative rest and gentle transformation.
Tara Dawn Solheim is a singer, poet, DJ, Usui Reiki Master, and SE practitioner. Her original creations integrate poetry and acapella singing. She explores metaphysics and nature. Tara Dawn has performed in many contexts throughout Canada and Japan where she spent five years. In this meditation, she will use a looper pedal to layer primordial vocal sounds with melodic singing to create space for transmutation through vibration.
This session will offer time to release, allowing energy to flow through the body; a refresh for the nervous system through resonance.
The sound journey will utilize the coherent frequencies of voice, a selection of instruments and silence.
