Join Kristy as we explore Love-Kindness.

Our first week together we will do the Loving-Kindness Meditation. To help you feel more comfortable with self-practice and self-study. The weeks to follow will explore deepening our meditation practices. If you are new to mediation, contemplation, and self-study this will be a wonderful opportunity to kick start your personal practice.
