Kristy believes our greatest opportunity to heal comes from modalities that allow us to move thru stagnant energy, muscle stiffness, injury and expand our awareness through body work. A yoga instructor of 16 years, Thai massage therapist, Thai Foot Reflexologist and Reiki master Kristy brings a wealth of experience to her healing practice. She has a rich her-story as a muliti-disciplinary artist intertwining; performance, dance, percussion, vocal, and arts education. She feels privileged to share her gifts weaving arts and wisdom traditions together and be of service to others.
