In this 90 minute treatment Kristy will take you through a journey calling in the life force energy of Reiki to begin your session. Your Thai Massage treatment then begins with the Reiki energy woven into it. There will be moments of stillness as Kristy attunes into the energies of you the client and holds space for you.

Kristy encourages a focus on breath, and silence during this treatment. If there is a desire to share insights of what is coming up for you it is highly encouraged; before, during or after the massage. All that may come up for you is kept confidential.

Thai massage – also known as Thai Yoga Massage, or informally as 'the lazy person's yoga' – combines assisted yoga with acupressure techniques. Kristy will incorporate yogic stretching movements as she kneads and presses muscles along the body's energy lines with the hands and feet.

Reiki is life force energy

All living bodies radiate warmth and energy. This energy is life force.

The Healer brings this energy to the client.

A treatment involves a series of hand positions directed towards recipient that constitutes a session.

Kristy believes our greatest opportunity to heal comes from modalities that allow us to move thru stagnant energy, muscle stiffness, injury and expand our awareness through body work. A yoga instructor of 16 years, Thai massage therapist, Thai Foot Reflexologist and Reiki Master Kristy brings a wealth of experience to her healing practice. She has a rich her-story as a multi-disciplinary artist intertwining; performance, dance, percussion, vocal, and arts education. She feels privileged to share her gifts weaving arts and wisdom traditions together and be of service to others.
