TVWF & UHE Birthday Collaboration

It's T.V.W.F.'s 4th birthday. We are honoured to collaborate with the creators of The Ultimate Healing Experience (UHE) Sacha Wolfson, and Amanda Ruschiensky.

This 2 hour immersive journey will take you from the; physical to subtle, and liminal realms. Yoga, Breath work, Nidra, and Sound Healing. We will end the evening on a lighter note with a bit of slushing around with our slush ropes, and dance music!

Our UHE Special guests...

Sacha Wolfson is a breathwork guide, yoga teacher, coach, and community builder. His work is grounded in lived experience with addiction, anxiety, and depression, and the journey back into the body through breath, movement, and embodied practice.

Sacha leads trauma-aware breathwork journeys, men’s circles, and coaching containers designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and real, sustainable transformation. He is building a community of empowered humans and integrated men who heal themselves, serve others, and lead with purpose.

Amanda Ruschiensky is a grade 2 French immersion teacher and the founder of From My Heart to Yours. Amanda’s passion and ability to lead as an elementary educator for almost two decades has flowed beautifully into her yoga instruction, healing, trainings and collaborations. She is a 200 E-RYT trained in vinyasa, hatha, yin and nidra styles of yoga. She is a Reiki and Karuna ki Master, offering energy healing sessions and trainings to the Regina community. She loves incorporating sound and other healing modalities and practices into her offerings.

She is fearless when it comes to bringing as much love, light and healing to all spaces she steps into, from influencing the structure of the education system to creating healing events that spread across the community. A creator and connector by nature. Forever inspired by the depths and expansion of everyone’s journey, including her own.

BuzzRoc is a Reiki master, didgeridoo player, and percussionist. He utilizes the didgeridoo to channel the voice of mother earth initiating a Chakra activation. 

BuzzRoc is a slush ropes ambassador, co-director of Tribal Vibes WildFire, flow dancer supremo, and yogi!

Buzzroc and Kristy (a.k.a. Lady BuzzRock) are Co-founders and directors of Tribal Vibes Wild Fire Productions. Soul mates and co-creators the Buzzroc's have been directing and producing live; drum, didgeridoo, belly dancing, fire dancing, snake dancing,  and LED light shows for 21 years together! Saskatchewan's OG flow dancers still passionate about performing! They strive to raise the vibration of the planet serving up; Love Rhythm Yoga Reiki And Sound healing at the Healing Centre.

Kristy believes our greatest opportunity to heal comes from modalities that allow us to move thru stagnant energy, muscle stiffness, injury and expand our awareness through body work. A yoga instructor of 16 years, Thai massage therapist, Thai Foot Reflexologist and Reiki master Kristy brings a wealth of experience to her healing practice. She has a rich her-story as a multidisciplinary artist intertwining; performance, dance, percussion, vocal, and arts education. She feels privileged to share her gifts weaving arts and wisdom traditions together and be of service to others. 

Kristy is the director of The  T.V.W.F Healing Centre.
