Who is Sara
Sara is a 500hr yoga teacher with a deep passion for helping people reconnect with their bodies, quiet their minds, and find peace in the chaos of everyday life.
Her teaching blends mindful movement, breathwork, and mindset tools to help students feel grounded, empowered, and more connected, both physically and mentally. Sara believes yoga is for every body, and she creates a space where students can come as they are, grow at their own pace, and leave feeling better than when they arrived.
