Kozmic Kids Yoga for ages 7-12 years old

Kristy is our primary instructor with a few guests along the way. She is excited to share her 28 + years of experience working with children. She is the director of the TVWF Healing Centre and is a creative spirit that has lived a life of self-expression and self study. Including; 430 hour yoga teacher training certifications, Reiki Master, Thai Massage Therapist, and Thai Foot reflexologist. She has a B.F.A. in Theatre Performance and has taught children's yoga, theatre, dance and percussion for organizations such as:

• Dance Saskatchewan

• Globe Theatre school

• Regina public schools

• University of Regina

• Regina Open Door Society

• Oxygen Yoga & Fitness

• Her Arts passion merged with her Yoga training and teaching experience has given her keen insight on holding space for youth. She has developed a holistic and organic method of working with children that encourages and enables them to flourish and blossom.

• We are located at 1275 Broad St. BUT entrance is on 7th ave. Come downstairs, we are behind the double glass doors!

• Please have your child bring a yoga mat. We do have plenty of extras if needed.
