Tammy is a certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Registered Massage Therapist, Jikiden Reiki Teacher and a
Qi Gong/Meditation Teacher. She brings to her class over 30 years of experience in the healing arts.
Qi Gong Five Element Flow class is 60 minutes includes warm up, stretching and flows relating to the organs of the body... Lungs, Kidneys, Liver, Heart & Spleen.
