About Maureen:
I'm endlessly grateful for the role yoga plays in my life. Ashtanga is the practice that always calls me back — a powerful grounding force that builds both strength and focus, and an essential counterbalance to an otherwise very active life that includes Wheelhouse spin, strength training, and a lot of time cycling and walking outdoors.
I completed my 200-hour teacher training with Rameen Peyrow and a 100-hour Ashtanga immersion with David Robson, and have further deepened my practice through workshops with Jelena Vesić, Tim Feldmann, and Kino MacGregor. I've also completed a meditation teacher training with Susan Piver. I previously taught at Yoga Mala, and I'm so excited to step back onto the mat as a teacher again, this time with the Tribal Vibes Wild Fire community.
It's an honour to be part of someone's yoga journey — to watch students explore their bodies, build strength, and find that same sense of grounding I've found on my own mat.
