Kristy invites children ages 6-11 on a yoga journey exploring the rhythms of life, the 8 limbs of yoga, creative movement, music and growth mindset.
Kristy is excited to share her 20 + years of experience working with children. She is the director of the TVWF Healing Centre and is a creative spirit that has lived a life of self expression, and self study. Including; Two - 200 hour yoga teacher training certifications, Reiki Master, Thai Massage Therapist, and Thai Foot reflexologist. She has a B.F.A. in Theatre Performance and has taught children's theatre, dance and percussion for organizations such as:

• Regina public schools

• University of Regina

• Regina Open Door Society

• North Central Kids Music

• Sask Choral Federation

• Her Arts passion merged with her Yoga training and teaching experience has given her keen insight on holding space for youth. She has developed a holistic and organic method of working with children that encourages and enables them to flourish and blossom.
