This session will explore the Year of the Fire Horse according to Chinese Zodiac Traditions. This specific Fire Horse year is particularly significant as the Fire Horse appears only once in a 60-year cycle, making 2026 a powerful year for transformation.

• The studio provides blankets and bolsters, but feel free to bring your own comfort items (eye pillow, favorite blanket, bolster, slippers, etc.).

• We have hangers and cubbies available for your personal belongings.
