This workshop invites breathwork and movement practitioners to partake in an erotic, women-only group experience. We begin with simple breathwork exercises that will awaken and energize your body. This leads into hip, pelvis, and spine movements to connect you deeper into your movement range, expanding what is possible. The final portion of the workshop is guided sensual self-touch and self-massage. We layer in our breath and movement while you take your time massaging yourself from scalp to feet, enjoying the feeling of your own touch. Expect to deepen your relationship to your physical, mental, spiritual, and sexual bodies, creating more pleasure and joy, while held in a safe, sacred container of women. 

Ashlyn is trained in Expressive Movement (250 hours) and Advanced Level 2 of Somatic Experiencing. She has trained in many dance styles including Latin (salsa, bachata), heels, burlesque and showgirl. She has served many private clients and group facilitations, helping participants process trauma, and free up life force energy to play. Ashlyn is currently training in Divine Feminine Arts, including womb healing.

To bring: water bottle, snacks, journal and pen, yoga and/or Thai mat, blanket, pillows, eye mask, and massage oil. Registrants will receive an email with additional information regarding the event.

She has trained in many dance styles including Latin (salsa, bachata), heels, burlesque and showgirl. Ashlyn has facilitated many Movement Journeys throughout the years and is excited to offer a longer, immersive experience to guests. She has served many private clients, helping them process their trauma energy to create more space for pleasure, joy, and play. We can't wait to see you there!
