Inviting children ages 6-11 on a yoga journey honouring the inherent intelligence of our youth, exploring the rhythms of life, the 8 limbs of yoga, creative movement, music and growth mindset.

Kristy is excited to share her 30 + years of experience working with children. She is a creative spirit that has lived a life of self expression, and self study. Including; Two - 200 hour yoga teacher training certifications, Reiki Master, Thai Massage Therapist, and Thai Foot reflexologist. She has a B.F.A. in Theatre Performance and has taught children's theatre, dance and percussion for organizations such as:

• Dance Saskatchewan

• Globe Theatre school

• Regina Public and Catholic schools

• University of Regina

• Regina Open Door Society

• North Central Kids Music

• Sask Choral Federation

• Her Arts passion merged with her Yoga training and teaching experience has given her keen insight on holding space for youth. She has developed a holistic and organic method of working with children that encourages and enables them to flourish and blossom.

She feels privileged to share her gifts weaving arts and wisdom traditions together and be of service to others, especially the younger generations!
