Even though I can’t control the circumstances of my life I can control how often I move my body, connect to my breath and with others. As I grow into this new part of my life (the old part - lol), I can influence how I will move through this next chapter.

This class focuses on deliberate movement aimed at cultivating balance, strength, and relaxation.
We encourage the use of modifications and props to ensure accessibility for everyone, regardless of skill level. The integration of sound elements enhances your experience, helping you feel grounded and deeply in tune with your body.
Join us for 60 minutes of joyful movement and mobility exploration. We will guide participants through a variety of postures and movement flows, including seated, standing, and lying down positions. All ages and abilities are welcome, as we create an inclusive community where everyone can feel at ease in their movement journey.
